Mandy McCrain, CMT

Mandy has been a nationally certified, licensed massage therapist since 2010 after completing her formal training at the U. S. Career Institute in Loveland Colorado. Her approach to bodywork is personalized to meet each client's physical, spiritual and emotional needs during each session. The body is treated as a whole which gives the ability to get to the root cause of the tension, pain or discomfort being experienced. 

Mandy has been in the medical field since age 16 when she began her certification as an Emergency Medical Technician and at 18 was certified as a FireFighter 1 and worked as an EMT/ Fire Fighter straight out of high school until marrying a soldier and moving around the country until he was wounded in combat during OIF in 2007. She began her journey in Pre-Medicine while still in high school, completing her college courses in 2012 as a single mom of 4 kids while working as a certified nursing assistant and a massage therapist. Her love for natural healing far outweighed what she learned in pre-med so she dove deeper into massage and has been happily working as a massage therapist since. 

Mandy moved to the Treasure Valley in December 2022 and is certified in Swedish massage, Therapeutic massage, Shiatsu, Pre-natal massage, Sports massage, Accu-pressure (trigger point therapy), Lymphatic Drainage, Psoas release (to treat sciatic pain), traditional cupping, and many other modalities including a lifelong learner of Naturopathic healing.

Because of the life experiences Mandy has had, it has allowed her to experience all walks of life and many different cultures.  Healing looks different for everyone and given the right things, the human body can do amazing things. A massage by Mandy is an intricate part of the healing journey.
